At Quad Chess Academy, we take pride in delivering quality chess products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a product exchange policy to ensure a smooth and fair resolution.

Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 30 days from the date you received the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

• The product was purchased within the last 30 days

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• All original tags, accessories, and invoices are included

Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

• Refunds are not available for any chess products purchased from Quad Chess Academy.

• Only exchanges are permitted.

• You may:

  • Exchange the product for the same item, or

  • Choose any other chess product of equal value available on our website

If you select a product of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Customized or personalized products

• Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Products that are unsealed and cannot be resold due to hygiene or safety reasons

• Products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to decline any exchange if the above conditions are not met.

How to Request an Exchange

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and risk of returning the product.

• Products must be sent to:

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service. Quad Chess Academy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Gifts

• If the product was purchased as a gift, it can be exchanged for another product of the same value.

• No refunds or cash credits will be issued for gifted items.
